Shipping policy

Custom items may take 2 to 4 weeks for production. If you need order by specific time please contact store for more options.

- First Class packages have NO insurance, and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen

- Priority packages are insured through USPS, if there is any damage to your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at craniumcreationz@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

- Double check your shipping addresses, we will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address

- E-mails with tracking numbers are sent automatically when orders are fulfilled, please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails
